CANCELLATION POLICY

Barefoot Holistic Health has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment being cancelled must be done so in accordance with this policy and the following charges will apply if you fail to cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours before its commencement. 

Cancellation’s within 24 hours will incur the following fees;

• 6 -24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee of the total appointment cost
• Less than 6 hours will incur a 75% fee of the total appointment cost
• No Show will incur a 100% fee of the total appointment cost

Please also note that patients that repeatedly cancel within the 24 hour time period will also be asked for a 50% deposit at time of booking. Those with outstanding fees will not be able to book their next appointment until all fees are paid.
