Naturopathy utilises a wide range of natural therapies and traditional practices as well as functional medicine and pathology to find the root cause of disease within the body and evidence-based nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle interventions to promote healthy cellular function and optimal well-being

Available to existing patients only

Available to new and existing patients for acute prescribing or repeats for herbal remedies and practitioner only nutritional supplements. This appointment is not appropriate for complex ongoing health issues or chronic illness

*Children's consultations are the same price as adults.  A child appointment must be selected at the time of booking to ensure the appropriate health questionnaire is completed.

Remedial Massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to reduce muscle aches and pains, support injury management and rehabilitation, relieve stress and tension, and aid relaxation

Aromatherapy utilises naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to promote well-being and health. Traditional aromatherapy massage combines essential oils with lymphatic drainage massage and neuromuscular release techniques. Remedial and deep tissue massage can also be used in combination with essential oils to release muscular tension and aid relaxation

Pregnancy massage is aimed to help relieve aches and pains, decrease muscle tension, relieve leg cramps, improve sleep quality,  relieve stress and tension, aid relaxation and improve labour outcomes. Pregnancy massage focuses on adapting massage techniques and patient positioning utilising specialised pregnancy pillows for patient comfort and support

Lymphatic drainage massage uses light pressure to mobilise the lymphatic system lying directly beneath the skin. It may be beneficial to support conditions of inflammation, swelling and stagnation. Lymphatic drainage may promote healthy energy levels, reduce colds/flu, support recovery for surgery or injury, reduce swelling from sport injuries or illness, promote better healing of scars, reduced joint pain, support clearer skin and aid in fertility.
